What You'll Do

As an integral member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and integrity across financial processes:

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on all deposit entries and customer accounts.
• Process cash receipts, journal entries, adjustments, and sales summaries with speed and precision.
• Serve as the financial liaison between departments—providing clear, actionable insights and resolving account-related queries.
• Maintain data integrity through effective electronic filing and management of all credit and data entry files.
• Support business stability through timely preparation of sales summaries and customer account payments.

Accounts Receivable Duties

• Generate and distribute customer invoices and account statements.
• Apply payments (cheque, EFT, credit card) accurately and promptly.
• Conduct customer account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Monitor customer accounts and resolve irregularities.
• Maintain updated AR records and provide month-end updates and metrics.

Accounts Payable Duties

• Process all AP transactions in a timely manner.
• Review, analyze, and code invoices accurately.
• Ensure timely payment to vendors and maintain GL coding accuracy.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain AP files and documentation.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for committed professionals who combine knowledge with initiative:

• Minimum
  1 year of hands-on experience
  in accounting or financial
  administration
  .
• Strong foundation in
  Microsoft Excel
  , including advanced features.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma
  in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience
  is an asset.
• Strong communication skills—comfortable interacting across multiple team levels.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

• Prepare month-end reconciliations & statements
• Process credit card payments accurately
