Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for an Executive Assistant to the Principal. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing executive schedules, organising meetings and appointments, preparing and managing correspondence, compiling expense reports, and providing executive administrative support. The individual will assist with administrative tasks and maintain a high level of communication with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in Executive Support and preparing Reports
  • Outstanding Communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
