Executive – Corporate Sales

Job Summary
:
Responsible for promoting and selling plastic products (e.g., household, industrial, or packaging items) to corporate clients. The role includes identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Roles and responsibilities:
Market Visits:
Visit target markets regularly to gather insights, identify opportunities, and build strong market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and loyalty.
Lead Generation and New Client Acquisition:
Identify potential customers, reach out to new leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
Client Care and Retention:
Provide regular support and follow-up with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Sales Promotion:
Support and participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions as required.
Reporting and Coordination:
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments (such as marketing, product, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
Other Activities:
Handle additional tasks assigned by management to support business development goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales (preferably in plastic or FMCG sector).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel as required.
