The Role (Don't worry, it's not hardcore sales)

This isn't a typical "cold calling" job.

You'll be talking to
warm and inbound leads

— people already interested in what we do.

Your role is to
start a conversation, keep it smooth and set up meetings

for our Biz Dev team.

If you love talking to people, learning new things, and being part of an international company — you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Talk to
    interested leads

and help them book appointments.

  • Handle
    inbound messages or calls

in a friendly, professional tone.

  • Update client info and appointments in our CRM.

  • Support simple research and coordination tasks.

  • Work closely with a supportive, fun team that's growing fast.

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Having a
    Bachelor's degree

(any background works — English, Business, or Communication is a plus)

  • Speak and write
    fluent English

— a clear, neutral accent is a bonus

  • Are
    confident, energetic

, and enjoy good conversations with people

  • Know your way around
    basic computer tools

like Google Workspace, CRMs, or communication apps

  • Have some experience in
    tele sales
    , customer support or appointment setting

(not required, but nice to have)

  • Have
    worked with or want to work with international clients

, especially from North America

  • Stay
    organized, detail-oriented

, and can juggle a few things at once

  • Bring a
    professional yet friendly

attitude — reliable, honest, and easy to work with

  • Are a
    quick learner

who wants to grow fast in an international environment

Shift Details

  • Night Shift:

7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (or 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM depending on Day Light Saving)

  • Days:

Monday to Friday

  • Weekend:

Saturday & Sunday off

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:

40,000 – 50,000 BDT

(based on experience)
