Responsibilities

  • Provide technical solutions design, optimization, and long-term support for PV and energy storage systems;
  • Conduct technical presentations and product training for customers, distributors, and partners;
  • Support sales teams with solution demonstrations and technical input for project bids;
  • Offer ongoing technical support and after-sales consultation to ensure stable system operation;
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights, propose product improvements and solution optimizations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality project implementation and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related fields;
  • Strong knowledge of PV, energy storage, or power electronics systems with solution design capability;
  • Excellent communication and training skills, able to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Fluent in English, willing to travel overseas;
  • Team player with project management mindset, able to drive solution delivery efficiently;
  • Experience in PV or energy storage projects preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with South and Southeast Asian markets and customer needs;
  • Experience with solution design software (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD, PV*Sol);
  • Experience in customer training or technical presentations.
