Project Engineer - Lighting Solutions

Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor lighting projects from design development to final commissioning.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and related documentation.
  • Supervise on-site installation activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and post-installation assistance.
  • Maintain accurate project records and prepare progress reports for management review.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in lighting or electrical project execution is preferred.
  • Sound understanding of LED lighting systems, architectural and outdoor lighting solutions.
  • Working knowledge of lighting design and drafting software such as Dialux and AutoCAD will be considered an advantage.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentation for internal teams and clients.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team environment.
