Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries via social pages.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch them for digital marketing, branding, and web development services
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and consultations with potential clients
- Design & execute client acquisition funnels (cold outreach, inbound, referrals)
- Build and nurture relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate estimates and solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and track records for the leads and deal data. Report sales pipeline & conversion performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital technologies

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Skills Required: Client Service/ Marketing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Information technology, Communication in English, Graphic Design, Sales target, Customer Service, Self Motivation, Digital Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Advertising Agency,Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Consulting Firms,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of sales or business development experience in a digital agency or tech environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) in both English and Bangla
- Proven ability to manage sales cycles from discovery to close
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and web technologies (no coding required)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling services like SEO, PPC, web design, or software development
- Existing network or contacts in industries like tech, eCommerce, or healthcare
- Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other B2B prospecting platforms
