We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (E-commerce/D2C)

Location: Uttara, Dhaka (Office-based)

Hours: 8 hours/day and 6 days/week

Salary: BDT 75,000 – 1,00,000

dedicated Performance Marketing Specialist
with
5+ years of proven experience in media buying
to join our team.

What You will Do:


• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Shopping & Search), and YouTube Discovery Ads.


• Manage daily campaign optimization (audiences, bids, creatives, A/B tests).


• Set up and maintain tracking systems (Google Analytics 4, pixels, conversion APIs).


• Develop and test creative strategies (video ads, hooks, storytelling content).


• Deliver weekly performance reports (spend, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions).


• Scale winning campaigns and kill underperforming ones.

What We're Looking For:


• Proven experience running performance campaigns for e-commerce/D2C brands.


• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.


• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, A/B testing.


• Strong understanding of creative strategy (ad angles, storytelling, hooks).


• Ability to work independently with accountability for results.


• At least 15–20 hours per week (not just "30 minutes/day").


Bonus Skills


• Experience running campaigns for fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.


• Basic video editing/copywriting skills for ad creatives.


• Knowledge of UK/UAE markets.
