Job Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for enhancing Inovi Solutions' online presence and driving lead generation through various digital channels. The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels, developing engaging content and strategies.
• Content Creation: Write compelling content for social media, blogs, websites, and other marketing collateral.
• Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including preparing content for monthly newsletters.
• Customer Stories: Develop and write compelling customer success stories.
• Paid Ad Campaigns: Plan and execute ad campaigns for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and YouTube, optimizing for performance.
• Creative Collaboration: Work in collaboration with graphic designers to prepare creatives for all content.
• Email Campaign Development Collaboration: Work in collaboration with email campaign developers for the development and distribution of email campaigns and newsletters.
• Lead Management: Capture and qualify leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Webinar Management: Plan agenda and content for webinars to facilitate lead collection.
• SEO Optimization: Ensure website, blog, and articles are SEO optimized to improve organic search rankings.
• Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on all digital marketing activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Digital Marketing Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Proven experience in managing social media, content creation, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Content and Communication: Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. English Medium background preferred.
• Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM for lead management.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications:
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or other relevant digital marketing platforms are a plus.
• Tool Proficiency:
• Experience with social media management platforms, email marketing software, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and fostering a culture of innovation.
