Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee daily operations including demand planning, managing inventory levels, procurement of materials, and ensuring efficient supply chain performance. The role also includes analyzing data to enhance supply chain processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Ensuring cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery will be central to the responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast needs and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Supply Management and Inventory Management to maintain seamless operations and material availability.
  • Experience in Procurement to ensure vendor management, cost optimization, and timely acquisition of supplies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry tools, systems, and practices related to supply chain management.
