Role Description
We are looking for motivated International Sales & Business Development Executives to help us expand our global client base. You will identify new opportunities, engage with EPCs, consultants, factories, and facility owners, and close deals for our engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers on LinkedIn, Upwork, Engre, PeoplePerHour, and other B2B marketplaces.
Generate qualified leads from target countries (USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, UK/EU, Singapore/Malaysia).
Conduct outbound outreach (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls).
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with the support of XOLAREN back-end engineers.
Maintain a structured pipeline in CRM, track performance, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate, timely project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's/diploma degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years' experience in international sales/business development, preferably in engineering, MEP, renewable energy, or IT services.
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding, and proposal writing.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with remote work.
Based in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and the Philippines.
