We're looking for a
motivated and energetic Business Development Intern
to join our growing team

In this role, you'll learn how businesses grow — by identifying opportunities, connecting with clients, preparing proposals, and supporting real-world business strategies.

Job Location
: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka

Internship Period
: 3-6 Months [Full Time]

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as leads, conversion rates, and client feedback.
  • Participate in meetings, calls, and events with clients or partners as needed.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads and contacts.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development team.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree (or ongoing) in
    Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Management
    , or related fields from a reputed university.
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    and
    Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    digital communication tools
    (e.g., Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Ability to work
    independently
    and as part of a
    collaborative team
    .
  • Eagerness to learn with a
    proactive and positive attitude
    .

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Familiarity with
    CRM or lead management tools
    .
  • Experience in
    data analysis
    (Excel, Power BI, Python, etc.).
  • Interest in
    B2B services, startups, or technology-driven business solutions
    .
