Python Developer (Mid/Senior)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
  • Ability to deliver clean and well-structured OOP code written in Python.
  • Work with co-workers in version control systems like Git.
  • Design and implementation of APIs to be consumed by front-end developers.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our microservices architecture
  • Participate in the entire product lifecycle - design, documentation, coding, testing and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain backend API services using Python frameworks such as Django REST Framework, FastAPI.
  • Maintain and improve existing projects to ensure stability, performance, and long-term support.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Skills Required: MySQL, REST API, Strong problem solving skills, Python Django, PostgresSQL, GraphQL, Creative Thinking and Multitasking, Python and FastAPI framework

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Additional Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-availability software solutions using Python and its ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with microservices architectures.
  • Solid knowledge in Python and good competence in Python web frameworks (Django, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI).
  • Strong problem-solving and coding skills are required.
  • Good algorithmic and data structure skills are required.
  • Database proficiency in PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Experience in task queuing and caching mechanisms: Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with gRPC, GraphQL (considered a plus).
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must have good English communication skills.
