Overview

We are looking for a talented
Python Developer
with
2+ years of professional experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing
robust and scalable applications
using Python. You will be responsible for
designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions
, while working closely with senior developers to continuously improve your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python.
  • Implement new features, fix bugs, and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with senior developers and architects on system design.
  • Learn and contribute to building
    microservices
    and distributed systems.
  • Participate in team discussions, sharing ideas and improvements.

Code Quality & Reviews

  • Follow best practices in coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback.
  • Continuously enhance coding and problem-solving skills.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Debug and resolve issues in Python applications.
  • Support the team in testing and performance improvements.
  • Ensure application efficiency and reliability.

Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain basic documentation of features and code.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and updates with the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience
    as a Python Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks (e.g.,
    Django, FastAPI, Flask
    ).
  • Basic understanding of
    REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and ORM frameworks
    .
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills, with eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, Azure) and
    Docker/Kubernetes
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and DevOps basics.
  • Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of
    Odoo
    is a plus.
