Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

ATES International Ltd. is a rapidly growing company in the solar energy sector, dedicated to providing high-quality solar systems and sustainable energy solutions across Bangladesh. To strengthen our dynamic team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the following position:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for solar products and solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and dealers across Bangladesh.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance company positioning.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure performance and target achievement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for management decisions.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration (BBA/MBA preferred).
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Solar system, Renewable Energy

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms,Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Architecture Firm,Animal/Plant Breeding,Agro based Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work nationwide.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
