Web Solutions is a fast-growing, USA-based web design and development agency in Banasree, Dhaka, with over 9 years of experience in Web Design and Development. We specialize in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Laravel, and custom PHP projects for global clients, primarily from the US, UK, Canada, and Europe. We've worked with 2000+ clients worldwide and are now looking to expand through strategic cold email marketing and outreach for client acquisition.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing and client outreach expert who specializes in client outreach through email marketing and using other platforms to help us grow our web development client base through effective cold emailing campaigns, paid marketing, and organic marketing. Your primary goal will be to find potential clients and send professional cold emails to generate leads and arrange a meeting for our Web Development services.

Key Responsibilities:

Find clients on various platforms

Build targeted lead lists based on niche industries and locations.

Create and execute high-converting cold email campaigns for client outreach.

Write personalized email copy, subject lines & follow-up sequences.

Track responses, open rates, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Schedule calls or meetings with qualified leads for our development team

Work closely with our development team to understand service offerings.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in cold email marketing / outbound lead generation.

Ability to write professional and personalized email sequences.

Experience with email outreach/lead tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.

Understanding of marketing for digital services (website design and development)

Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.

Smart, proactive, and result-driven personality.

Must be comfortable working from our Banasree office.

Education:

Preferred a Graduate from any university

Educational qualifications will be considered for skilled and experienced candidates.

Experience:

Over 2 years with a proven track record

Salary:

BDT 25,000/- to 50,000/-
