Job Title:
 Executive - Application, Study Abroad

Role Overview:

As an Application Processor, you are responsible for reviewing student applications, transcripts, test scores, and other admission criteria to determine eligibility. You'll oversee the full application process, including collecting financial, sponsor, guardian, and visa‑related documents to support admissions and clearance procedures. Working closely with various internal teams, you'll ensure applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. You'll need to be adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain high performance, especially during busy admission periods.

Job Responsibilities:

Review assigned applications to assess eligibility based on academic records, test scores, and other admission criteria

Process and complete assigned applications accurately and efficiently

Ensure timely submission of applications, GS documents (sponsor's financial documents) and visa applications

Evaluate guardians' financial documents to support GS clearance procedures

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and departments

Demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

Willing to work diligently and maintain high performance during peak admission periods

Experience Requirements:
 1-2 years

Educational Requirements:
 Bachelor in any discipline from any reputed University.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  1. Ability to assess student profiles and give personalized advice

  2. Strong written and verbal communication in English (and possibly other languages)

  3. Managing documents, deadlines, and follow-ups

  4. ⁠Up-to-date information on:


• International education systems


• University admission requirements


• Standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT)


• Student visa processes and immigration policies


• Scholarship opportunities and application timelines


• Course and university matching based on a student's profile
