Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Counselor role located in Dhaka. The Study Abroad Counselor will assist students in identifying and applying to international educational programs suited to their goals. Responsibilities include counseling students on study options, guiding them through application processes, providing visa support, and offering tailored advice on academic and language preparation. The counselor will also collaborate with internal teams and partner institutions to ensure a seamless experience for students.

Qualifications

  • Experience in student counseling, advising, or education consultancy
  • Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes for countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or Malaysia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational abilities for managing multiple student cases and application deadlines
  • Familiarity with language preparation tools or platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
