Position Overview

Mentors'  is seeking a
creative, detail-oriented Sr. Motion Designer & Videographer

to lead engaging video production. The ideal candidate will combine traditional videography and motion design skills with
cutting-edge AI video generation tools (such as Runway, Google Veo3, Pika Labs, and Synthesia)

to create scalable, high-quality video content for online courses, campaigns, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos (
    traditional + AI-assisted workflows

).
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for promotional, academic, and event purposes.
- Use AI tools (Runway, Google Veo3, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Kaiber, Adobe Firefly, etc.)

for video generation, style transfer, auto-captioning, scene creation, and upscaling.
- Could you collaborate with the creative and marketing team to plan 
AI-driven storytelling and content strategies?
- Edit raw footage into polished videos: smooth transitions, color grading, sound design, VFX.
- Optimize & promote content

across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (thumbnails, shorts/reels, A/B testing, retention strategies).
- Maintain strong brand consistency in all visual and video materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer & Videographer with a strong portfolio (including
    AI-assisted work

).
- Proficiency in
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop

(Cinema 4D/Blender/Autodesk Maya/Autodesk 3DS Max a plus).
- Hands-on experience with
AI video generation tools

:
- Runway Gen-2 / Gen-3 Alpha
- Google Veo (Veo3)
- Pika Labs / Kaiber / Synthesia / Adobe Firefly AI Video
- Experience in DSLR/Mirrorless camera shooting, lighting, and audio setup.
- Strong sense of timing, motion, and visual composition.
- Ability to deliver under deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of
social media promotion best practices

for AI-generated & traditional video content.

Skills & Experience:

1–3 years of experience in videography or media production

Skilled in camera handling, lighting, and audio setup

Advance Knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, etc.) is a must.

Experience with green screen shooting and post-production.

Capable of handling live class recordings and event coverage independently.


AI workflow skills:

prompt crafting, style transfer, upscaling, auto-editing, clean-plate/VFX assists.

Comfortable with outdoor and on-site shoots

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Efficient in managing time and meeting deadlines


Preference given to candidates with an EdTech or academic content background
