We Are Hiring: Motion/Template Designer

Location: Banasree

Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Sat-Wed 10:00–18:00 | Thurs 10:00–16:00

We are looking for a creative Motion/Template Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging motion graphics, templates, and animations that enhance our app and digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design motion graphics, templates, and animations for the Company and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all designs.
  • Research and implement new design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Optimize designs for performance and usability within the app and other digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • 6 months–1 year of experience in motion graphics, templates, or animation design.
  • Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Salary Range: ৳20,000–25,000/month
