Job Description
  • The main responsibility of this position will be to handle and supervise the financial matters of the Supply Chain Department and Operations (manufacturing).

  • Partner with Operations team for Preparing, analysing, monitoring and controlling Manufacturing overhead / cost

  • Partner with Operations team to drive Manufacturing Saving initiatives as an independent analyst

  • Partner with Factory leadership team to drive down the cost and factory performance

  • Design and establish control over Inventory management. Inventory movement analysis & reporting

  • Set up, review Bill of Material (BOM) in Oracle for control over material consumption

  • Ensure and establish proper accounting of Direct Cost and Manufacturing overhead

  • Partner with Factory leadership team in driving Asset efficiency

  • Establish control over factory procurement

  • Design and establish control over scrap management

  • Partner with Operations team for monitoring Operations MDIs and Operations Incentive Plans (OIP)

  • Coordination with other departments within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in handling product Costing

  • Budgetary control

  • Good understanding on Internal Control

  • Analytical skill

  • Proficient in English communication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc)

  • Educational Qualification:

    MBA in Finance / Accounting with Certificate in Professional Accountancy (ACA/ACMA/ ACCA)

  • Educational Qualification:

    8 years of experience in Finance

  • Work under pressure and people management skills.
