is seeking a driven and resourceful Marketing & Partnerships Growth Associate to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will directly support the company's outreach, affiliate marketing, and B2B business development initiatives—playing a key part in our expansion strategy.

You will work closely with leadership to deeply understand HiredKit's SaaS product, features, and vision for the future. Your work will focus on identifying and engaging potential affiliates, cultivating new partnership opportunities, and reaching out to businesses interested in our B2B recruitment solutions.

You'll leverage best-in-class AI tools—including a Claude Pro subscription—to automate outreach, analyze markets, generate content, and accelerate your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the product and effectively communicate its value to prospective partners and clients
  • Proactively research, identify, and outreach to high-quality affiliate marketers and partnership prospects
  • Develop targeted messaging and campaigns to engage potential affiliates, recruitment agencies, and HR tech resellers
  • Conduct outreach to small and medium-sized businesses, presenting HiredKit's B2B SaaS offering with clear ROI and product differentiation
  • Manage and grow relationships with affiliates, track performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum acquisition and retention
  • Support and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives (email, social, LinkedIn, job boards)
  • Report weekly on outreach, partnership development, and affiliate growth activity and results
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to iterate outbound strategy and refine product market fit
  • Use advanced AI (Claude Pro, ChatGPT, Zapier, CRM tools) to automate and optimize prospecting, communications, and analytics
  • Stay informed about recruitment industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging partnership opportunities

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, business development, affiliate management, or partnership outreach (SaaS or HR tech experience desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and value propositions
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using AI tools, marketing automation, and productivity software
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently
