Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive at PFEC Global, you will be part of our Bangladesh team supporting global operations. You will manage digital campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with teams to optimize content. Key areas include SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC. The role demands strong analytical skills, creativity, and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends to engage and grow a global audience.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage digital and social media operations, including ad campaigns across platforms.
  • Lead social media, Google Ads, and SEO initiatives to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and track B2C campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Coordinate content creation for websites, social media, email, and paid channels.
  • Drive SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media strategies to strengthen brand positioning.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
  • Skilled in tracking campaign performance and using data for improvements.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across locations, with an understanding of cultural differences and global business practices.
  • Proven track record in creating successful social media campaigns
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
