Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, including evaluating applications and guiding prospective students through the admissions journey. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring compliance with international admission guidelines. The role requires effective communication with students, parents, and educational institutions.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in International Admissions and knowledge of related processes
  • Proven Customer Service skills with a student-focused approach
  • Understanding of global Education systems and pathways
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for managing admissions
  • Relevant work experience or academic background in education, international relations, or related fields
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
