Job Purpose

Strengthen the Fly Ash sourcing and procurement considering increased demand of plant.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure continuous follow-up with suppliers to secure on-time delivery of raw materials.
  • Monitor and track ETA and vessel/ship position until arrival at the destination port.
  • Prepare and maintain various business reports as required by management.
  • Liaise with factory logistics for smooth unloading of raw materials and with the factory store for accurate stock updates.
  • Maintain regular communication with bankers, including document submission and collection.
  • Manage insurance procedures, including collecting cover notes, filling out LCAF forms, obtaining authorized signatures, scanning, and sending to the bank, and ensure continuous follow-up until LC issuance.
  • Maintain accuracy in documentation with proper filing and record-keeping.
