Key Responsibilities:

* Lead process audits across production, finishing, and quality control areas.

* Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

* Develop and implement *time & motion studies*, line balancing, and productivity analysis.

* Prepare SOPs, workflow mapping, and capacity studies.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Compliance, Maintenance) to ensure effective execution of process improvements.

* Support lean manufacturing and cost optimization initiatives.

* Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

* B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or relevant field.

* 4–6 years of proven experience in Process Audit / IE.

* Knowledge of lean tools, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma (preferred).

* Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

* Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/MIS systems.
