Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive based in Gazipur. The Senior Executive will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, and team management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, managing budgets, and fostering a productive work environment. The Senior Executive will also be involved in stakeholder management and driving company growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and business development
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to drive operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Prior experience in the textile industry is a plus
