Job Context:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Manager
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of digital marketing practices, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, and digital advertising. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership track while supporting senior managers in executing client strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns across SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Support planning and creation of quality content for social media, email campaigns, and digital channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and support website optimization for improved search engine visibility.
  • Assist in managing paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns and track performance.
  • Assist in reporting and analyzing website and social media performance.
  • Support local SEO efforts, including Google My Business setup and optimization.
  • Learn and apply marketing automation tools (such as GoHighLevel) under guidance.
  • Collaborate with team members to address technical or campaign-related issues.
  • Understand client requirements and assist in tailoring digital marketing solutions.
  • Support technical tasks related to domains, hosting, SSL, DNS, and related areas.

Qualifications:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media management.
  • Interest in developing skills in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior managers and teams.

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed university.
