Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Specialist to spearhead our branding, communication, and marketing initiatives. The role will involve developing brand strategies, managing day-to-day brand activities, leading sales outreach, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cohesive brand strategies aligned with company goals and vision.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce impactful digital and print marketing content.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales outreach campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure unified communication.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred but not essential).
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or sales outreach.

  • Strong background in brand strategy, brand management, and identity development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in managing digital and offline campaigns (email, social media, direct outreach).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative/design teams.
  • Solid project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate KPIs and optimize strategies.
