Junior Architect

We're Hiring: Part-Time Junior Architect

Location:

Gulshan, Dhaka

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and be able to translate concepts into practical layouts and 3D visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare layouts, space planning concepts, and detailed working drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, shop drawings).
• Develop 3D models and renderings for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with architects, visualizers, BOQ teams, and contractors to ensure precision and feasibility.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Research and integrate new materials, design trends, and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver work within deadlines.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Skills and Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience, preferably with RAJUK / CDA / authority drawings.
• Proven experience as a
  CAD operator or similar architectural role.
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of
  architectural working drawings, detailing, and authority submissions.
• Experience in
  exterior and interior detailing, drafting, and joinery design.
• Solid understanding of
  space planning, building materials, and trending design concepts.
• Ability to
  read, interpret, and create detailed technical drawings with accuracy.
• Strong
  collaboration and communication skills; ability to work in a team-oriented corporate environment.
• Smart, creative, detail-oriented, and able to
  problem-solve under tight deadlines.
