Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents, including technical drawings, correspondence, reports, and BOQ, in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure all documents are properly categorized, labeled, and stored for efficient access and retrieval.
  • Maintain and update document control logs, transmittals, and registers accurately.
  • Distribute controlled copies of approved documents to relevant project teams and departments.
  • Monitor, track, and follow-up on the review and approval status of project documents.
  • Ensure proper version control and secure archiving of superseded or obsolete documents.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of project documentation to clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to meet documentation requirements and deadlines.
  • Uphold confidentiality, data security, and integrity of all controlled documents at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
