Job Summary:

Dekko Isho Ventures Ltd is seeking a results-oriented professional to drive B2B lead generation and support business growth. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients, maintain organized pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and target high-value prospects, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge.
  • Oversee multi-channel outreach initiatives, ensuring messaging resonates with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Lead the qualification and prioritization of leads to focus resources on the most impactful opportunities.
  • Ensure CRM systems are optimized for accurate tracking, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Design and implement lead nurturing programs to accelerate conversion and drive pipeline efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine outreach approaches.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact representing the company's value proposition to key prospects and strategic partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    5+ years in B2B lead generation, sales development, or related roles with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strategic Expertise:
    Ability to execute lead generation strategies across multiple markets and pipelines.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal English; skilled at engaging with senior-level and decision-making prospects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
  • Analytical & Data-Driven:
    Ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and improve outreach strategies.
  • Adaptability:
    Quickly adjust approaches across different industries and buyer personas.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills:
    Self-motivated, results-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of coordinating with teams or mentoring juniors.
