Responsibilities & Context

Healthy Choice Foods & Beverages Ltd. is a rapidly growing FMCG company in Bangladesh, dedicated to delivering quality food products including Cookies, Biscuits, Snacks, Cakes, and Beverages. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our marketing team and take our brands to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, product awareness, and market penetration.

  • Lead and manage the overall marketing, branding, and promotional activities of the company.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to inform marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Production teams to align marketing goals with company objectives.

  • Design and manage digital, social media, ATL & BTL campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.

  • Lead new product development initiatives including positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and analyze performance metrics.

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

  • Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
