Responsibilities & Context

  • Meet monthly and quarterly business goals and income targets.

  • Create a detailed database of local retailers and update it regularly.

  • Take orders from retailers and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Improve sales skills by working closely with model farmers and maintaining financial discipline.

  • Monitor and oversee activities of competing companies in the field.

  • Regularly check and analyze retailer shops.

  • Conduct regular product stock surveys at retailers.

  • Build relationships through farmer meetings, campaigns, and with retailers.

  • Maintain communication with agricultural officers at the field level.

  • Track competitors' activities and market presence.

  • Carry out daily tasks with discipline and planning.

  • Maintain professional boundaries with environment and retailer issues.

  • Complete any tasks assigned by senior supervisors.
