Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Content & Social Media Manager at Roots of Rise. The Content & Social Media Manager(unpaid) will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and writing compelling narratives to promote the organization's mission and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Content Strategy and Writing
  • Knowledge of non-profit sector and social impact communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Experience in community outreach and engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Passion for social welfare and environmental sustainability
