to take charge of our social media strategy, drive engagement, and build a strong online community. This is a key role for a creative, data-driven individual.

Role Overview:

The
Senior Social Media Manager
will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to grow our brand presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of

, and a passion for connecting with our target audience of aspiring students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
    :

  2. Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.

  3. Plan and manage daily posting schedules for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

  4. Develop campaigns tailored to engage the study-abroad audience (students, parents, and educators).

  5. Content Creation & Storytelling
    :

  6. Conceptualize and create compelling content (graphics, videos, and reels) that resonates with the target audience.

  7. Craft engaging captions, posts, and scripts with a mix of storytelling and call-to-action techniques.

  8. Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce visually stunning creatives.

  9. Social Media SEO
    :

  10. Optimize social media posts with relevant keywords, hashtags, and descriptions to improve discoverability.

  11. Analyze trends and platform algorithms to boost organic reach and engagement.

  12. Ensure alignment of social media strategies with broader SEO efforts.

  13. Community Management
    :

  14. Foster meaningful engagement by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.

  15. Build relationships with influencers, educators, and study-abroad advocates.

  16. Monitor sentiment and manage online reputation.

  17. Analytics & Reporting
    :

  18. Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.

  19. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness.

  20. Creative Campaigns & Innovation
    :

  21. Develop and execute unique, creative campaigns for product launches, webinars, student success stories, and seasonal events.

  22. Experiment with emerging social media trends, formats, and platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

  23. Collaboration & Leadership
    :

  24. Work closely with the content, design, and SEO teams to align efforts and create cohesive campaigns.

  25. Mentor junior social media team members and foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the education or service sector.
  • Proven expertise in crafting creative, high-impact social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media SEO and platform-specific algorithms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, and similar.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing and creating engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and writing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the education sector or familiarity with study-abroad trends and audiences.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business-driven results.
