Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Vice President at Mutual Trust Bank PLC, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant Vice President will oversee daily banking operations, lead and manage teams, develop and implement banking strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, managing risk, enhancing customer service, and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing banking strategies
  • Proficiency in financial performance analysis and risk management
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a senior banking role is a plus
