Telesales Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

  • নির্দিষ্ট লিড (ডাটাবেস) অনুযায়ী কাস্টমারদের ফোনে যোগাযোগ করা।
  • কোম্পানির পণ্য ও সেবা সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারদের অবহিত করা ও কনভিন্স করা।
  • সম্ভাব্য কাস্টমারদের ডিলার/ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর হিসেবে যুক্ত করতে উদ্বুদ্ধ করা।
  • কাস্টমারদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া ও প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পরবর্তী ফলোআপ নেওয়া।
  • দৈনিক কল রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও টিম লিডারকে জমা দেওয়া।
  • বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা (Sales Target) অর্জনে মনোযোগী থাকা।

Educational Requirements

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Skills Required: Customer Relations, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Sales target, Customer Service

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company,Group of Companies,Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
