Working Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
Salary Range: Negotiable (based on skill and experience)

Overview
We're looking for a passionate and energetic Telesales Executive to join our expanding team. You'll be responsible for generating leads, conducting client visits, and converting businesses into loyal Rysenova users.
This is a field-intensive, target-driven role—perfect for someone who enjoys direct client interaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Core Requirements (Must Have)
⦁ Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English
⦁ Ability to build trust quickly with decision-makers
⦁ Basic understanding of SaaS products or HR software (preferred)
⦁ Must be comfortable with client visits across Dhaka
⦁ Graduation in Business/Marketing/IT or related fields preferred
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Identify potential business clients through market research and networking
⦁ Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with SMEs and corporate leads
⦁ Pitch and demonstrate Rysenova's features and USPs confidently
⦁ Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
⦁ Convert prospects into paid clients by managing the end-to-end sales funnel
⦁ Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
⦁ Report to the Assistant Sales Manager with daily/weekly updates
⦁ Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and feedback loops
