Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking motivated and reliable
Tele-Purchasers
to join our team. This is a
part-time position
, ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in purchasing, sales operations, or supplier communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an accurate system for tracking and monitoring purchase orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers over the phone to place orders, request quotations, and follow up on deliveries.
  • Conduct basic market research to compare prices, evaluate product quality, and expand the vendor network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and service providers.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and refine future purchasing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing product specifications and participate in supplier negotiations to secure the best terms.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are organized, updated, and accessible.

Office Time:

07:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Educational Requirements

  • Higher Secondary
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • HSC or equivalent required
  • Additional coursework or certification in sales, purchasing, supply chain, or related fields is considered an advantage

Experience Requirements

  • At most 2 year(s)

Experience:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or purchasing is beneficial but
    not mandatory
  • Training and guidance will be provided for motivated beginners

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and a professional phone presence
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications such as MS Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
