Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Fashion Brand)

Job Description / Responsibility

EWNESS is an exciting and upcoming fashion brand based in Bangladesh, ready to make a mark in the industry. We offer a trendy and diverse collection of clothing, shoes, accessories, and more for the modern individual. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to build our brand's voice and presence from the ground up across all key social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy for our brand across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Create and schedule a daily/weekly content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Create original, high-quality, and engaging content
    (photos, videos, Reels, Stories, graphics) featuring our products. This includes planning photoshoots, styling products, and producing compelling visuals.
  • Design eye-catching banners, posters, and promotional graphics using our product images.
  • Write creative and persuasive captions for all social media posts, tailored to each platform's audience.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor trends in social media, fashion, and culture in Bangladesh and propose new ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.

Educational Requirements

  • Secondary
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Fashion, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience and a strong portfolio.

Additional Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Experience in the fashion, e-commerce, or retail industry is a must.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, content creation, and graphic design work is mandatory.
  • Smart & Creative Thinker: Must have a keen eye for fashion, aesthetics, and design. You should be able to generate innovative ideas for posts, videos, and campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Proven ability to shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera. Proficiency in video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, VN) is essential.
  • Graphic Design: Strong skills in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, including their latest features and algorithms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Proactive & Independent: Must be a self-starter who can manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
