Job Title:  Supervisor

Type of Employment: Permanent

Department: TQM

Job Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate customer complaints, analyze different sources of error like supersede, complaint, NPS etc, prepare analysis summary and arrange corrective action.
• Conducting report audit for ensuring accuracy of test reports
• Arrange internal audit on QMS & procedures for assuring in respect of quality and verify appropriateness of corrective action.
• Prepare minutes for Management review meeting and follow up the issues decided in management meeting. 
• Prepare application for different accreditation, take action for audit and take appropriate corrective action of audit findings.
• Maintain update master documents as well as master list of document/ record and circulate accordingly and ensure proper document control such as quality procedure, standard operating procedure and other internal and external documents of company.
• Provide 5S, TQM training to build quality awareness of the employees inside and outside organiation

Required Skills:

• Certification: QMS & Internal auditor certification on ISO 17025/ISO 17020/ISO 9001 is required. Certification on Six sigma/ TQM will be preferred
• Soft skills: Creativity and Innovation, Presentation skill, Communication skill, Decision Making skill.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Good writing skill.
• Computer literacy: Good in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Word and Power point) and Outlook.
• Any other specific requirement: Knowledge on calibration and uncertainty, TQM tools.

Educational Requirements:

B.Sc. Engineering (Textile/ Chemical /Mechanical/Electrical/ IP/) or Master in Science

Experience Requirements:

 5-7 Years in the similar field.

Other Job Requirements:

· Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Bangla

· Computer literacy: Hand-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
