Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Supervisor located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical maintenance tasks, supervising electrical staff, ensuring the proper functioning of electrical equipment, and ensuring all electrical engineering projects are completed efficiently. Daily tasks include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills in managing electrical staff and projects
  • Experience with Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues
  • Knowledge of Electricity fundamentals and its applications
  • Proficiency in Electrical Engineering principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Electrical Equipment and their operational requirements
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
