Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor based in Dhaka. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate team activities, provide guidance to the team, and ensure productivity targets are met. The role involves monitoring performance, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining adherence to company policies and quality standards. The Supervisor will also be responsible for creating work schedules and contributing to the professional development of team members.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to lead by example, mentor, and guide employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills for planning and coordinating tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and improve operations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is considered an asset
