The Role

We're looking for a results‑driven LinkedIn marketer who can turn our presence into a consistent inbound client engine. You'll manage daily content, engage with our target audience, and convert conversations into booked calls — without compromising on trust or authenticity.


Compensation:

  • 40% commission
    on every client you bring in.
  • No cap — the more clients you close, the more you earn.
  • Paid immediately after client payment is received.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of
    generating B2B leads from LinkedIn
    (show examples).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm and engagement levers.
  • Process‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working with faith‑aligned messaging.

What You'll Do

  • Create and post
    daily LinkedIn content
    (hooks, carousels, polls, case studies) in our voice.
  • Use
    pinned comment + easy question
    strategy to spark engagement.
  • Warm up leads via comments, DMs, and strategic mentions.
  • Track, qualify, and follow up with prospects until they book a call.
  • A/B test hooks, captions, and formats to improve reach and conversions.
