About Us

Northern Spring Amusement Park is Bangladesh's upcoming mega international standard entertainment destination, set to become the largest theme park in North Bengal. As we prepare for our official launch, we are looking for a creative powerhouse who can bring our brand vision to life through stunning visuals, engaging content, and impactful storytelling.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Creative Visual Designer who is skilled in graphic design, video editing, and brand-focused visual content creation. This individual will play a central role in shaping the digital identity of Northern Spring across social media, web, and advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate is not just a designer but also a storyteller — someone who can transform ideas into compelling visuals, short videos, infographics, and brand campaigns that capture attention and build excitement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphics & Branding
  • Design social media posts, infographics, and campaign creatives following brand guidelines.
  • Develop branding materials (logos, brochures, banners, merchandise designs, etc.).
  • Create promotional visuals for share sales, countdowns, and milestone campaigns.
  • Video Editing & Production
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos (brand introduction, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, reels, ads).
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, and branding overlays to increase engagement.
  • Repurpose long-form content (documentaries, live sessions) into short, impactful clips.
  • Creative Strategy Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign visuals.
  • Propose innovative content ideas (interactive graphics, animation, teaser videos).
  • Maintain consistency of Northern Spring's branding across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar software).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphics, videos, and digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of social media content trends (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
  • Experience with 3D animation, AR/VR visuals, or motion graphics will be a plus.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (not mandatory if experience is strong).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in creative design, branding, or digital media.
  • Prior work with entertainment, lifestyle, or large-scale brand campaigns will be highly valued.
