Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visualizer/ Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of creative concepts and execute designs that align with client goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging graphics and motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and execute designs from ideation to final production.
  • Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and contributes to a strong brand identity.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand their vision and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputed creative university
  • Skills Required: 3D Animation, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Filmora, Adobe Illustrator
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bangla language.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing design trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
