  • Manage ticketing operations, including issuance, re-issuance, and refunds
  • Provide clients with travel offers, guidance, and general travel advice
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth information flow
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist in implementing service excellence
  • Handle escalations and complex cases using effective problem-solving skills
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance and operational reports
  • Prepare and arrange supporting documents for visa applications
