Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hub Manager located in Sandwip Upazila. The Hub Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the hub, managing staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages, monitoring and achieving performance metrics, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Hub Manager will also coordinate with the logistics and management teams to implement industry-leading practices and maintain a high standard of service.

  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using logistics technology and software
  • Flexibility to handle dynamic and fast-paced work environments
  • Experience in customer service and client relations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
