Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and insights that inform decision-making. Duties include designing data models, performing statistical analysis, generating meaningful reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support program monitoring, evaluations, and strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
  • Knowledge and experience in Statistics and Data Modeling
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present analytical findings to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and meet deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
